Courage is essential to being human. With courage we expand to experience fun, adventure, love and success. Without it our life shrinks while fear, doubt, anxiety, shame and intimidation rule us. With courage, we easily overcome fear: fear of fear, fear of others and fear of being ourselves. Then we are able to stay focused on joy, love, calmness and productivity.
In the course we use an easy yet powerful process to rapidly dissolve fear and the stuck, survival reaction patterns that produce so much stress and limitation in our lives. Our break-through method works at the physical, emotional and cognitive levels of the brain. We employ physical reflex movements that rapidly changes brain reactions, based on the work of Russian psychologist, Dr. Svetlana Masgutova. Critical reflexes include Tendon Guard (fight or flight reaction), Moro (shut-down and panic), and other reflexes for fear-paralysis, bravery and celebration.
